Dearest Friends,

We are excited that you will be joining us in Maryland for Mentorship!

This email includes some final details in hopes that it will help our time together be joyful, purposeful, peaceful and orderly.

REGISTRATION:
Daytrippers:  registration will take place in the lobby of West Village Commons starting at 1:30 on Thursday.

Overnighters:  Those of you who are living on campus in Tubman Hall can pick up your registration materials at the front desk in the lobby of Tubman.  There will be someone there 24 hours a day starting at noon on June 20th until noon on June 27th.

Attached you will find a parking pass.  If you are driving, please print it out and put it on your dashboard.  Notice it is from the 20th-29th for a total of $8.00 for the entire time.  If you have overpaid we will reimburse you when you register.  If you have not paid for a pass and need one you can pay when you register.

You may park in the West Village Garage on the 2nd and 3rd floors.

REFRIGERATORS AND MICROWAVES:

There are fridges and microwaves in each dorm room as well as a full kitchen on the main floor of the dorm.

MEALS FOR PEOPLE STAYING EXTRA NIGHTS:

There is a dining hall that is open on campus and many restaurants about a 15 min walk from campus in lovely downtown Towson.  Just a reminder that you are on your own for meals.  However, you may use the kitchen in the dorms and/or call for food delivery.

PAYMENT FOR EXTRA NIGHTS:  For those of you have outstanding fees for extra nights, please make your payments at prior to mentorshiphttps://virtuesshop.com/index.php?page=shop.product_details&flypage=flypage.tpl&product_id=201&category_id=23&option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=53

INTERNET ACCESS:  There will be wireless Internet access in the dorm and the ballroom.  You will be given a code when you get to Towson.

PROGRAM UPDATE:

SCHEDULE:  Everyone was so enthusiastic and generous with their presentations that we decided we would use the wisdom and discernment of the group to piece it all together when we are face to face.  We thank you in advance for your flexibility.

Handouts: if you have any handouts or gifts you wish to share with the group we have about 45 people coming.

For those of you who have electronic presentations you can hook your laptop up to my projector or we can use a thumbdrive to move it onto my computer.

Thursday evening dinner is 5:30-7:00 in the main dining hall on the 2nd floor of West Village Commons.  You must bring your pass card  to each meal which you will receive when you register.

Friday evening we will moved by the Mamas of Wombworks Productions

Saturday evening we will have box dinners and be going off campus to the Inner Harbor for a VIP Tour of The Visionary Art Museum, sure to honor your spirit.  http://www.avam.org./  You will also have the opportunity to explore Baltimore with local escorts if that is something of interest to you.

Sunday afternoon we will have a luncheon and closing ceremony which will end at 3:00.  Those of you who will be staying for the founders' talk are on your own for dinner.

I will be on campus starting at noon on the 20th if you need anything.  My cell is 301-529-1302.  However, I will not be on campus during the day on the 21st ( I will be with Jack Canfield, author of Chicken Soup for the Soul in Philadelphia.  I pray I am back by 7:00 for our sacred opening).  You can also contact Geri at 410.709.8427

I think that about covers it.  Please let me know if you have any questions.  We will look forward to learning together with everyone!  Prayers for safe travels.

In loving service,
